Find Your Next Photography Trip

We wanted to share Africa with our family and friends, and we knew Kevin Pepper and Akari Photo Tours would be ideal for our group. Kevin's travel and photo expertise made it a very smooth trip and included everything we had asked for and more. We did it all: Arusha Cultural Center, Shanga, Ngorongo Lookout, Olduvai Gorge, a Maasai village, luxury lodges, luxury tented camp, game drives in Ndutu, a sunrise balloon flight, bush flights, tiger fishing on the Rufiji River, and the one and only brewpub in Dar es Salaam... fantastic experiences everybody will remember the rest of their lives. I have been on several photo trips with Kevin over the past few years and have had an outstanding experience and adventure on each of them. On my last trip with him in Ontario, he searched and networked with local photographers to locate where we could photograph Great Gray Owls. We drove for hours until we tracked one down and had the opportunity to see one of my bucket list birds. He has always gone above and beyond to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This is my first time doing a travel photography tour, and I enjoyed it very much. I would happily use Akari again for more of the same.

This is the second Northern Lights tour I have done with Akari and again very satisfied. The guides did not expect such unseaonably cold weather but we all adapted with the help of many hand and feet warmers. The guides were always helpful, thoughtful and courteous.
