INCREDIBLE! Kevin Pepper and Kevin Lisota knocked this one completely out of the park. Everything was so perfectly organized and so efficiently communicated the entire trip.
Highly recommended for photography. The 11-day photography tour with Akari in Provence, France in July 2025 included the white horses of the Camargue, flamingos, bulls, lavender fields and many historic hilltop villages. They gave us high rubber boots for wading in the water, so we could photograph the beautiful white horses running towards us. Serge held me by the arm because I am almost 76 years old and the water can be muddy. This tour also included the historical villages of the nearby region. Serge and his wife Roz taste tested restaurants and selected only the best for us to eat at. Serge offers tours that are perfect for photographers and Roz organizes very elegant meals for sampling French cuisine.
This was the best workshop I've joined to date! Kevin was just an outstanding leader in every respect and Skarpi adds a wealth of local knowledge that makes for an outstanding experience. To top that off they are both fun and really good people!
I have to say, this being my first trip with Kevin – He is by far the most organized guide I have ever traveled with.
Seeing Mongolia with Kevin was a dream come true. The photography opportunities were plentiful! It was so much more that I expected. We were able to meet the locals, learn about their culture, and fully experience Mongolia. If you are going to go to Mongolia, go with Kevin. His experience with the country and access to the locals is second to none.
Iceberg Alley was pure magic—watching towering icebergs drift by while we photographed in that crisp Newfoundland light was one of the most unforgettable experiences of the entire trip.
